vague question... you plan on carrying what in it?

300 has a waist strap that the 200 doesn't.

But really depends on what you are carrying.

200AW has this second across the chest strap. I say neither and get the fastpack. Only Slingshot I liked was the 100AW which I kinda wished I kept, but oh well.

I agree with _aravena on neither. I only have the 200, but rarely use it. I find the weight tires out my shoulders fast.

I have both (had the 200 then the 300 came out).

The 300 will be much more comfortable if used correctly.

This is because it has a load belt, if you have adjusted this to the correct tightness and don't have the sholder strap too tight most of the weight is carried on your hips and almost none on your sholder.

By contrast the 200 has a little strap to stabalise it that crossed over the other way so all the wight goes on the one shoulder. It is a nice bag for light loads but the 300 can take a heavy load well.

I have some shots of the two loaded here http://www.zen20934.zen.co.uk/photography/mybags.htm
