Can any one assist me in how to sharpen eyes in CS3?

I'd say the easiest way is to use Quick Mask to select the eyes, then use Unsharp Mask to sharpen.
(I suspect some of that won't make sense to you - what's your level of proficiency in PS?)

There are so many ways to sharpen eyes that they would be virtually impossible to describe. Why not post an example image - or a crop of the relevant portion of an image - and you'll get lots of suggestions on how to sharpen. I generally use High Pass sharpening and then apply a black layer mask and use a soft white brush set to low opacity to paint in the sharpening exactly where I want it. It helps also to use a pressure sensitive brush.

Hey Thanks for the help. I am going to play with a couple of shots and then post to see
how others handle them.
Thanks again
