20D memory cards

What's the largest memory card that can be used in a 20D? Thx.

i dont know for sure but if you got the $$ you could put a 16giger in there

As long as you don't try to reformat in camera, any one out there should fit. But be warned; doing an in-camera format may leave you with only 8 GB usable. Another thing to consider, some people have reported their cameras' write performance slowed down once their cards got more than 4 GB on them. And the larger cards are consistently tested out slower than the same line smaller cards in the Rob Galbraith CF Database (http://www.robgalbraith.com/bins/multi_page.asp?cid=6007).

I only use 1gig cards.... Might have to switch them out throught out the event but if you time it right it shouldnt matter... like for hockey i normally shoot 1 card per period and thats about 250 images give or take.... for racing it varries
