Going indoors to shoot basketball. I've been doing soccer, tennis and football primarily. I've stayed away from indoors in the past do to quality problems. I was using a fuji S7000. My equipment consists of a Canon 20D, with canon 17-85/f4-5.6, sigma 70-200/2.8, 580EX speedlight. Any recommendations to strengthen my arsenal?

I'd go for a couple of nice, fast prime lenses...

50mm f/1.4, 85mm f/1.8 and/or 135mm f/2

My limited experience of shooting basketball has shown me that there is never enough light at many venues... so even an f/2.8 lens is often not fast enough.

I've recently shot some basketball images with the 85mm f/1.8 and the 135mm f/2, both with and without flash - they can be seen posted here:

If you can only get one lens, then probably go for the 85mm f/1.8. Hope this helps a little.
