Please is there anyone out there who knows of a cheap beginners course in nyc for teenagers? Hopefully for teens who are anywhere from 13-17 years old and the price for the course is hopefully no more than $300-$350. Please give me a response.

You might want to join a Meetup.Com group that focuses on photography. The active ones have organized shoots every month or so, and the cost per shoot is usually less than $75. This will put you into contact with lots of photographers who can help you learn the ropes.
