First attempt at a panning shot...Drift ops track day

here's one of my pics from a drift ops track day, this was my first time with the sigma "bigma" 50-500mm and i wanted to get some practice in before the ALMS lemans and touring car champs come to toronto. taken with a 10D at 1/100th. please, any pointers would be great!

Nice actionfilled picture, but i agree about the green/yellow tint on the image.
