I finally got the grip.

Well I finally took the plunge and bought the grip for the Rebel. Bought it used so I got a decent deal and I think I like it.

We'll have to see how it pans out in the shoot realm. Truthfully I bought it because I have big hands and because I want to do long exposure (greater than 30minutes) for night photography.

The verdict is still out but I do think it makes the rebel look alittle more professional.

Like so many other things, you'll once wonder how you got along without it. At least that's how it was with me when I had the 10D. A bigger package with more mass tends to add stability (not to mention the extra battery life).

I have to admit, the light body has its advantages too!
