#1 has the most impact for me. I would consider cropping out the kids on the left . . . however, it kinda looks like the girl may be reacting to the water baloon and so adds some context to the photo. May be just as strong without though.

I'd like to know about the story behind that photo.

cool series.

A crop to image one wouldn't be a bad idea, just to see if it conveys the same point. I always say less is more when it can express the same message. To me, as a grad of an art school, I realized that you must get the reader to get pulled into the image. Get them to wonder what this photo is about, or why it took place. Number 1 does just that. I am drawn to it and sink into its mystery. Also, compositionally, I have to say tha number 5 is the strongest, great depth too. I love it. Great job!

Thanks for all the comments guys. I really appreciate it.

First photo was originally cropped but then i've noticed the little girl and her expression. That's why i kept the left side untouched.

The story behind it.
It was during an anti war demo in London. For £1 you were given a chance to throw a wet sponge at Tony Blair. Suprisingly it mostly attracted the kids.
Tony holds a cheque for $1 billion which is an estimated cost of the war so far.
