great shots!! I've only shot one Indian Wedding as lead and i too have alot learn of their culture. I was lucky enough to receive guidance from the videographer who helped my understand what shots were important and the symbolism of each facet of the ceremony, otherwise i would have been lost. Was your ceremony also almost 2 hours long?

The weirdest part for me was at the very end of the reception, at one point the family and friends are happy and enjoying their time, the next, the majority of the women were in tears as they said goodbye to their daughter. this was the first time i've ever experienced this at a wedding.

either way, i think you did a wonderful job, and im always curious how you get some of these extreme angles. either you're really tall or have ridiculously long arms or you carry a latter in your camera bag. how do you do it?

Fabulous shots of the wedding. I'd vote you primary shooter any day - the images are just amazing - detail, color, eye, composition.

Congratulations and you should be very proud!
