Need shooting spots in Portland

I'm here for the week and bored in the evening/nighttime. Any great spots to go shoot at? I've got my tripod so a night cityscape could be fun but is there anywhere that looks over the city besides interstate bridges?

If you have some daytime free you have to hit the Japanese gardens.

The Portland Rose Garden is on a hill overlooking the city and you can get some nice shots there. If you go across the river from downtown there are some great views looking back on the city.
