Yes, but I've seemed to have been demoted to simply member http://photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_neutral.gif
(can't argue with that though)

Heh heh,

I had a new Sig; toting a D1, Elan7 and a Vintage Rebel

-And I'm now from Hong Kong (I've been there, but Minnesota is where I hang my hat).

BTW, absolutely NO COMPLAINTS in noting these things. Forum administration is a lot of work when things are running smooth. A crunch time complete overhaul is monumental. Excellent work Pekka.

-I swear I had the instructions for the 'secret handshake' to the executive washroom saved in my PM's. Pekka & Co, if you don't find it in the archives... I'll gladly accept the new one ;)

Well, this is really getting interesting. I'm now playing with the message editor.

Pretty soon, we'll have a spell-checker, and CDS will be understandable.

Any spell checker (unless it's psychic) still has to be able to guess what he's saying.

Spellchecker for me?

Why?

It'd have to be a suped up version of Star Treks Universal translater to work! ;)

You've got a weeks worth of posting to catch up on!

Go and have a quick browze of the share photos forum (nudge nudge wink wink) then get out there and take some photos!

Ill look forward to the results when I get home from work tomorrow.

Pekka / CDS, may I suggest asking everyone to check their personal details, avitars etc. I had suddenly up and moved to the US and changed my name. What was worse, I had become a banker (yes, that starts with a B), thank goodness it wasn't a lawyer. :)

I've gone from Manchester UK to Queens, New York overnight, didn't stop by B&H ... fortunately ... then I found out that I work on some sort of network, also lost all my Canon 1 series n "L"s, with only a G5 left in my signature ...

Thankfully everything is back in order now

I think you ought to add "Oldmember" for folks with over 8,000 posts. :)

My experiences with most bankers are that the B and W are interchangeable.

BTW, I was an MD in Moscow. I had to think seriously before changing it back to my original profile.

Good to see this place up and running again! :) I don't post nearly as much as I used to, but I sure do browse a lot when I'm bored. :D

I've corrected mine, but for a short time I had a portfolio that included some lovely B&W photos of a very pretty Asian woman. I figured I'd better get rid of it before I had to explain it to my wife.

This has indeed been addressed in an announcement...

The announcement "Finally back on line" can be found at the top of EVERY sub forum on the site. http://photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif
