I received my Canon EF 100 mm f/2.8 USM Macro lens from B&H yesterday and couldn't wait to give it a try. The rainy weather finally ended this afternoon so I went out to shoot some flower pictures. While getting set up, the fellow pictured below came up to see what I was doing in "his" garden. So far, I am very impressed with the sharpness of the images, but I still need to work on controlling the depth of field. The image is a 100% crop.

Thanks for the comments. I think that he had just finished moulting and there appears to still be bits of the old skin on his head. His is a fairly small anole -- a total length of 5 or 6 inches including tail.
