Tripod ring 70-200 from ebay

I've decided to buy third party tripod ring for 70-200/4 from ebay (hk) but heard that some rings don't have quick release lock (like genuine canon and sigma rings), but simple screw.

I'm sure that anyone who has ring knows what I mean by quick lock, but here's short explanation, just in case: with quick lock screw can be turned only like 90 degrees, and even when it's loose, you can't open ring, but you have to pull screw.

Can someone who's recently bought tripod ring which has quick lock, give me link to auction or at least seller/shop.

I just got one, and it is NOT a quick lock. But it was only $30 shipped.... So i could not argue. If you want the sellers name let me know and i will dig it up :)
