Just received the macro lens and I must say that I am pleasently surprised at it's performance!! Very very sharp, well built (almost to L standard), fast focusing, nice colour and contrast, lovely bokeh. Here is an example of my favourite photo subject, my 8-month old daughter Julia...........

This is one lens that I recommend all the time. So sharp it hurts! A little long indoors but if you think before you shoot, not a problem with this focal length.
