I've used Ebuyer many times without any problems, but Jessops wont price match Ebuyer unfortunately. I just wish Ebuyer sold lens:D

Nothing wrong with them, I've bought lots of PC stuff from them without complaint.

I have just seen a few threads on hear that the customer service is very poor

Not so much as poor just slow in my experience.

They can be slow, that I will agree on - unless you pay the surcharge for rapid delivery.

I have used them a lot in the past and when it comes to computer gear I always turn to them first. I would have no problem ordering a 20D from them as customer service is not that much of an issue once it has arrived and works fine. They don't quibble on items where there is a fault on arrival but I would be less confident on items where they dealt with any faults in warranty - Canon service the 20D which is fine by me.
