Wedding Dress NIGHTMARES???

Has anyone ruined, stained, or mussed up their bride's wedding dress when directing them around outside for portraits????
Just curious to know any situations I should avoid...

I think only dry manicured lawn or clean paved/conctreted areas would be the only truly safe places.

Looking at the state of my wifes dress at the end of the big day, its pretty impossible to avoid :D

We carry a large white sheet for the bride to walk on to preserve the dress.
