580II and poverty wizards?

So of course, whenever I test them at home they work, but not when I actually need them. What gives? Could it be that I am using a 580 II?

The reviews are all over the map on those cheap radio triggers. They're ok for experimentation, but not up to the job for mission-critical work.

I found that mine worked ok indoors (most of the time) but had almost zero range outdoors.

Make sure that your 580 II don't go to sleep. Check the settings.
