I took mine the other day at a street corner..... just thought it looked cool... haha

your's is very nice.
is it a water pump in case of fire etc etc ?

we don't have them like that over here
but many , many years ago there were water pumps on the streets ( for drinking water)
nowadays those pumps, any that were left that is, usually are decorated with flowers in summer
and they look wonderful :)))
