Well, that equates to 6:30 AM in Boston, so 11:30 or later in Europe.
But I'd bet 1 of them was Belmondo - 3:30 AM his time so I'm sure he was on line.

At that time it would be too dark to take pictures, so the truely dedicated talk about it.
However on this side of the globe it is day time, and I should be working!

<scottes shakes head in awe, says "thanks pekka" and walks on> What is the little plus sign mean at the end of a persons name?
Example: Scottes+
Does it mean that there is more than one?http://photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif

What I'd like to know is that does it mean when there's an "*" by the name as in PacAce*. I saw that on my name and I thought I had won a door prize or something but I never received a notification email to that effect. :(

You have invisible mode on. You just have to change your profile. Don't you read the stickies? http://photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif
I have no idea about the + next to my name. Maybe I'll go read the sticky...

Oh, is that why the "*" went away after I updated my profile. I thought maybe they had shipped my door prize already.
And speaking of "invisible mode", how dumb is that to set the profile to invisible mode when people can see that you are in invisible mode just by the "*" by your name that advertizes the fact that you are in invisible mode. ???

Um, only you see that *. Trust me - every time I take an invisibility potion I see stars. It depends on the brand, though - with Seagram's invisibility potions I just get headaches. With the Absolut brand I can't see anything but stars....

I've seen a lot of things with the Absolut invisibility potion, but none were stars - though they seemed that way at the time.

Granted, seeing the name on the home page somewhat defeats the purpose of invisible mode, but where you do see it is on the individual posts. Down in the lower left-hand corner is a little ball, and when you are online your posts show that as a green ball When you are not invisible.
Have Fun,

They just told you they were stars. They weren't really - they were just waitresses trying to get into the movies.

Thanks, Rick (and Scott), for the clarification on the Invisible mode. Now I'm tempted to put on my ninja outfit from last halloween, turn on the invisible mode in my profile, and go lurking through the forum in stealth mode. :D

Oh! Well, that's the formal outfit (for black-tie events). The "work" outfit for going into stealth mode is actually the camo outfit with the patterns and colors specifically approved and endorsed by the GCPS and GWT organizations.

Yeah but I can still see a little bit of myself, yet. I think I need a shot or two of Scottes' or Tom W's Absolut invisibility potion to complete the transformation. :D

A little ball that's glowing brightly in GREEN . He thinks he's invisible but he's more like that bouncing ball hovering over the words of songs, if you know what I mean.

I was going to ask the same question because I noticed everytbody has it (including you) but me. Then I gave it some thought and figured that it must be like a bump on one's forehead. You can see everybody else bump except your own (in a mirrorless world, that is). :D

Geez here I thought all time it was because I was the only one who could be trusted not to do something stupid which I found very strange cause I usually always do something stupid, just ask my wife. :D :D :D :D :D :D

Holy Cow. Talk about voyeurism.
Under quick links / who's online you can see exactly what everyone is doing at any time.
Like I can see CDS brushing his teeth, and belmondo playing with a train.
