DPP ERRORS

hey all...recently, even after an uninstall and re-install, my dpp shuts down immediately after I open it. I constantly get that send error report crap. So frustrated now......Can I use my PS Elements 6.0 to open my raw files? Any advice on my 2.1 DPP version? thanks.

Probably a file that cannot be read (like a tif) in the folder DPP opens by default.

thanks for the reply. I just started happening recently though. Always worked before. I only shoot raw...and then move the files...or batch them to seperate drive. I'll try the new update and see.

new DPP version update worked well. Still have an issue in one of the folders that makes DPP close. oh well, i got the pics in PS now and DPP is working in the rest of the raw files.:lol:
