Hey folks, I'm wondering if anyone uses or knows of a camera bag of this particular size. I have an upcoming Italy trip and basically I need a bag that will:
-sling over my shoulder (i'm not looking for a backpack)
-hold 2 lenses, most likely my EF-S 17-55 and 10-22.
I'd really like something that is just big enough to hold these two lenses, and no bigger. I'm envisioning walking around with my camera around one shoulder (with a lens attached, probably an L prime) and a bag that will hold these two other lenses for when I need to swap with one of them.
Am I asking for something ridiculous/impractical, or is there such a product?
Thanks for any help!

My Domke F-5XB would do that and it's really small and light.

Might be slightly bigger than you are looking for, but I'm very happy with my Crumpler 6 million dollar home. I routinely walk around with it.

Timbuk2 Metro (http://www.timbuk2.com/tb2/products/messenger-metro). It is a small messenger bag and will be handy for other things as well. It won't scream photo equipment which may be what you are going for. I have this bag and I really like it, in NYC black.

No comment on the bag, but those two lenses are a PERFECT travel combo. If you must have one more, then take the 200 f/2.8 for times when you need to capture the small details on the buildings, etc. However, you will use the 10-22 and 17-55 99% of the time. I think you'll find that the 17-55 will take care of 75% of your shots and the 10-22 will take care of 24% of the shots. The question becomes do you want to bring another lens for the other 1%

Domke 5XA is small enough to fit on a belt.

An interesting observation, and I'm with you... except, I'm now planning on getting a 24 1.4L to walk around with all the time, and then I'll bring the bag with the 17-55/10-22 when I'm going somewhere to take pictures on purpose. How does that grab you?

Ditto - add a couple of domke inserts and your all set...

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, I appreciate the help. The Timbuk2 metro does look nice, but I think it's just too big for what I need. I'm looking at a Lowepro Rezo 140 at the moment.

I'd definitely recommend one of these two.

I have this as well and used it quite a lot in Europe. I am very happy with it. Should work fine for your 2 extra lenses.

LowePro...Nova 100 or Rezo 100 or several other tiny bags they have.
