my browser hasn't been downloading photobucket images that are in some of the photosharing threads, just wondering what settings are needed to "see" them. I'm currently using internet explorer version 5.50, latest version that still works on my windows 98se web browsing machine, along with Opera, but haven't logged into this forum with opera, Opera allows me to go directly to the photobucket users "gallery" and would probly allow me to see those pics linked/imbedded from photobucket, but it's not what I want to accomplish here, I want to get IE working with photobucket hosted images.. Not sure what I need to set in the security options, maybe it has to do with internet security setting "access data sources across domains" it's currently set to disabled, will try it with "prompt" as that's one of the things that some emails use to get a guy to access data on their servers via coded emails, so that's why it's off. Scripts, active-x and cookies are set to "prompt" to prevent bad stuff from downloading without knowing, and java console is off, but sun java is installed and ON but "prompt" is required to allow java script to run, usualy just requires a refresh and "allow" java script when it prompts. Also, downloads are enabled, and "show images" also enabled. I have no problem seeing the files attached through the forum. Thanks in advance.
