Let's see how this works.
I'll start by posting a photo and everyone guesses as to how it's lit. When some one guesses right or it's been a certain amount of time. 24 hours? The closest person posts their photo to be reverse engineered.
When some one guesses or you pass the torch, edit your image to post a pic of the lighting setup if you have one.

I'm not guessing to win as I have nothing to post in this thread, but I'd still like to guess.
I count 4 lights:
First, camera left, slightly behind the model and dialed down. Shot through a brolly or soft box.
Second, camera right. Just ahead of the model. Larger softbox and brighter than first camera.
Third, behind the model. Aiming so it hits the floor. Not necessarily shaped for this. Most likely just a strobe.
Fourth, camera right, near the camera and high. A beauty dish or some other softening light, dialed down a bit.

Too bad. Almost perfect too. The right light is a little behind, the same as the left, but with an shoot through, the same as the left.
