I can't view image in posts even after using img tag

In your first example, I can see the image of the 'mascot' on a car.
In your second line, there is no closing tag ie:

You're second works when you add the correct format too.

You type: ""
It should be been: [img*]http://img79.exs.cx/img79/8840/car0nq.jpg Remove the * from the above code.

You had an open img tag in the beginning and none at the end. I hope this helps.

i can't see image on my screen , i don't know whats the problem?
do i have to change setting because before this upgrade of forum i never had an issue

You need to update you're settings. Do this:

1. Goto the User CP up top in the NAV bar.
2. Select Edit Options
3. Scroll down until you see: Thread Display Options
4. Place a checkmark next to the following:

Show Signatures
Show Avatars
Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)
