I can see what you mean about sharpness! I wish you had your EXIF data included. What kind of lens did you use, and where abouts were you situated? How about white balance/flash? What did you do for these.

#3 and 4 are my favorites.

When I composed it, I deliberately did so to avoid the mic and stand, but there was a beam [actual one of the lighting trusses] on the left side, resulting in a literal black border on one side of the image. I cropped that out. I use a 11x17 ratio, as I often print to that size.

Great set. Clean and Sharp images! I love how on #3 the dreads have some motion but his nose and mouth are frozen. Awesome. Also on #4 great composition and colors.

I think they are on their third guitarist now - Noah Henson. However, he's been on their last three albums.
