This is my first attempt. I'm still not sure I like the composition, but this seemed to work best. Let me know what you think. Mahalo!

i dont like it.very ugly..and a very dull background colour..nice refraction tho..whats that in the drop..looks like sky and a hotel?

nice refractions- might have been good to use fill-flash with this to get some light on the main subject.

You're definitely right. I will make sure and do that next time. I'm not sure I like it either, but it's my only refraction shot so I thought I would share. Thanks for the suggestion. This is why I post shots on potn, so I can learn what to do and what not to do.

Dont mind Scott (Macrokunkie) hes a bit blunt and straight forward! But do agree with the rest!

High rise apartment buildings across from mine. I don't mind the harsh comments since I usually learn from them.

i tend to like the colorful backdrop with a blade of grass.seems to look the best imo
