I'm looking into trying some longer exposures during daylight, but with the equipment I have I'm limited to only a few seconds. Does anyone have any suggestions on equipment that can be used to extend an exposure out to say....20 or 30 seconds. I've used a CPL with GND filters, but it's just not enough....and yes...low ISO...high aperture...I'm asking about equipment..filters..anything...
Any suggestions or tips are appreciated. Thanks.

In all honesty, why do you want to try a long exposure during the day?
You would really need a really strong filter to be honest.

It's a secret. Can't tell. ;]
Seriously though, what type of filter? Where can this filter be found?

Here's another one I would suggest. Very expensive but, since you have a 1Ds MK III, the cost shouldn't bug you too much. =)

This one is called theMor_Slo filter. It attaches to the existing Vari_ND for an extra 5 stops of light! :)
