I am working on setting up EE on my website. I've gotten EE installed, I've set up the FTP stuff to upload photos, but now I've hit a problem that I can't get by and I'm looking for help.
I didn't have Imagemagick, so I downloaded a copy of the windows executable version. Then I installed it on my system and copied the entire program over to my ftp. I thought this might work, but it doesn't seem to be working. The Imagemagick tests don't work and the IM paths are both invalid. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Maybe I need to elaborate now that I'm more awake and conscious:
I have the following folders in the root directory on my server:
/ee_rc4/ where ee is located
/imagick/ where imagick is installed
/imagick/convert.exe where convert is
From EE Graphics Modules settings page in EE, what do I need to do to get this stuff to run properly and be recognized?
Is there a way that I should have installed Imagick that will work better? Should I not have installed it locally and then uploaded the directory as it was on my computer to the net? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I, of course, have been referring to ImageMagick. Sorry.

You'll need to tell EE the server path to Imagemagick executable(s). If you are using Windows server there may be a problem placing exe's in you www dirs - AFAIK it won't run them from there. First check that Imagemagick runs ok: go to your server using ssh or telnet, find convert.exe and run it. If the program responds (Imagemagick should give you a help page when you give no parameters) then see whet directory you are in and use that as IM path in EE.
Also, to run external programs with php You'll need to have safe mode off or safe mode exec path set in php.ini.
