View Full Version : Anyone going to Mosport Victoria Day Speedfest? (Toronto people)

Anyone planning on attending? The weather's looking reminiscent of last years Grand Prix of Mosport with scattered showers but I am aching for some motorsports action so I may lug the gear out for the weekend.

Cool, I'll be there wandering about as well... just look for the guy with the giant Sigma lens hanging off a 40D and a brown ball cap!

Those are some fantastic shots you posted! I should meet up with you next time to get some tips ;)

Mine will be up in the next few days, but they won't be nearly as nice as yours.

Heh nope, but funny you snapped a pic of that guy because I was probably 20ft back behind him near the spectator fencing in that turn (there were 2 of them when I was there, I was running in and out of my silver GTI swapping lenses and warming up). I should've given an update, I grabbed my green hat when running out with my girlfriend in the morning though I believe I spotted you on Saturday coming down the stairs out of the start/pit area (you were shooting down into Turn 1 with what looked to be a 70-200 2.8 L?).

Let me know when you get your pics are up, I always like seeing other peoples perspectives.
