Its been a while since I posted here. I moved from Vegas to Colorado.
I am almost situated and I FINALLY got back out to make a few skydives.
I was able to film a different discipline called CRew (Canopy Relative Work)A.K.A. flying more than one parchute relative to each other(and docking)
Unfortunately, my camcorder battery died but I DID get some good stills.
What do you think about these?
This formation is called a "wing"

I'm not a skydiver and know zip about it, but don't you have to be really, really careful not to touch anotherskydivers parachute?

In MOST cases yes. When you know someone and you plan the jump it's not as dangerous as one might think.
HOWEVER, THEY DON'T normally do this below 2000 ft.
These pictures were taken from 12,500ft above the ground to 3,500ft above the ground.
Wanna see soemthing that will blow your mind?http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1403900203845353346
This is 85 canopies docked.
The newest world record is 100 canopies.
EDIT to add: the other 4-5 parachutes are video flyers. The three people in my picture are in the this video and the new world record. I was not filming anything except what I posted.

I haven't done any thing other than skydiving, as far as caonpies are concerned, but I wanna find a place to do some ground launching stuff.
I have a feel ing that Colorado has plenty of places to do that.
