I think Scottes was referring to the fact that you would get a lot more input from us and others if you would post the lens in question in the subject line. Canon makes a lot of lenses and some people are tired of "which lens is best, works, do you haves." I would suggest for that money to pick up a teleconverter (1.4x), Canon 70-200mm2.8L and a Tamron 28-75mm lens. You will have some versatility with these!
