View Full Version : Deleting raw images easily while viewing in Vista?

Using Vista, you can view most image formats (JPEGs, GIFs, etc.) in the Windows Photo Gallery program and if you don't like a picture, you can simply hit delete and it deletes the picture for you. When opening my RAW images in this program (after installing the codec from canon), I can view them quite well and go back and forth between them easily, but I cannot delete them then and there - I have to go back into the folder where the pictures are and delete them there, which is a time-consuming process if there're hundreds of pictures. So what I want to know is if anyone else has this problem or if anybody else uses a better technique to easily delete RAW files while viewing, whether it's using another program or whatever. Thanks for any help.

Zoombrowser, from Canon. That's what I use...at least.

You can use Windows Photo Gallery, you just have to download a thing (forgot the name) from canons website so it can see cr2's.

Do a search on the Canon site for the RAW codec.
