Nice pose. Contrast is too harsh for my druthers. It bothers me that the left side of his face is overexposed.

I agree with the comments of joedlh.
Also, his lips are much too dark. With a light red filter, they could be brought up in tone to look more natural.
Generally speaking, the direct rays of bright sunlight are the poorest lighting for portraits, candid or otherwise. Seek out Open Shade on the north side of any structure and you will have better luck with far less contrast and harshness in the lighting.

I would lower the contrast just a bit... and thatīs it. I like overexpose portrait pictures. Also pretty cool pose and smile.
