I am interested in taking some dark photographs of people with a goth like appearance with the aim of producing some fantasy/ goth/vampire digitally manipulated images and whilst waiting on volunteers (a friend is asking some of their friends) I thought I would get some practice in, so snapped a couple of myself and had a play. I would really like some feedback on this if possible - and obvioulsy I am no model, but sometimes you just need to use what you have in order to experiement and practice. Anyway, its nice to get rid of all my wrinkles:razz:

Certainly brings a goth/ dark/ fantasy look to it with that processing. I like it.

Ive reworked it to produce paler skin tones etc. Two new versions.

The second two are even better, but I think a smear of blood would work a little more with the overall theme.

sorry..you do not look evil enough...
I see somebody with her wisdom teeth just pulled out
but your PP work is excellent, a slightly lighter #1 would be a winner
the other two a bit on the Toy Story side

Thanks for the comments and suggestions.
PP -
Mainly reducing noise levels and using the healing brush to smooth the skin out for the first one. Plus slight lightenning of the iris.Hair lightened slightly.
The second pair took quite a bit of fiddling with - desaturation, curves, isolating lips and eyes and altering the colours/brightness etc and creating the blood - took quite a few steps including drop shadow, satin, bevel. I cant remember each step as it took a while.
Here's the original

If you look at the original you would see I actually do look a bit more evil, lol.
Here's another modification from the same photo. Not flattering but I don't care, I'm not vain.
