Very nice photo, but since you asked for a critique here goes.

Sections of it seem over exposed, especially the highlights around his chin and neck are blown. It's a white subject, partially shadowed against a dark background, so it's not the easiest exposure. I'd like to see more of the tigers eyes, it's not quite squinting but it's close. Without knowning what the conditions were like that day, and what your shooting options were, it's hard to know if you could have done it differently. I may have tried a different angle or later in the day when the sun isn't as strong.

Thanks Jukas and Moniphoto for the Input, the Sun was a little Harsh! Maybe this would be a better Capture to show as the Highlights Aren't Blown and he was looking Right At Me-LUNCH!!!
