Hi
I have used them for a few albums in the last 12 months. Quality is great and customer service superb. They are slightly more expensive than some but I always offer there album for the story book option. Delivery is good if you design the album your self. The last album I ordered in February was delivered within 2 weeks from the time I down loaded the pages. So far I have no complaints with quality or service. I have heard that if you ask them to design the album the production of the album can take upto 6 weeks.

They acknowledge this at the bottom of their site.

Has anyone visited the photography website of their creator? The first image you see on the site, is a out of focus shot, with a lot of digital noise. Kind of a weird shot to show first.
They acknowledge they love apple, but they didn't exactly credit them. Right?!

Just my personal view, great quality and great service.
The only hiccup was the time taken to get a sample set to me....but what other company gives one of those free anyway?

It's a hate or love company. From what I've seen on DWF, some photogs reported problems with their customer service and also with metalic papers - after a year or so pages started turn pinkish..
Except for the fact it took them 8 months to send their sample set we are happy with them. Your brides will love them.

I know this thread is quite old but I just wanted to add my thoughts/experience regarding Graphi.
I have used them a number of times and at first put down issues to the fact that I was unfamiliar with their ordering process.
That said the first album I had from them included a number of pocket books, which turned up with the correct dust jacket but some other wedding pictures inside. This was quickly corrected, but little was offered by way of an apology from Graphi.
Since then I would say that most of the orders that myself and my father have placed have resulted in issues. Most recently, and the nail in the coffin for never using them again was an order that has taken weeks and weeks to sort out due to numerous problems from the PDF preview missing from trade area – took them a week to sort that out though they say it was there from the start. Through to payment problems, that I have confirmed with my bank confirms they have not been telling the truth. They even had the gall to say the order had been completed in a 'timely manner', took them over 8 weeks!!!
I have to say that while the UK office where better at responding to emails the Italian office are beyond hopeless, I even had to prompt the UK office to give them a poke to respond to emails. Even so they still do not admit to any problems or issues.
To this end I will never use or recommend them to other photogs and am now seeking another company to use. It’s a shame as my clients love the idea of having a little Italian quality, but I just can’t put up with the rubbish service.
Just my experience but I know that I am not alone and its a shame as they blow their own trumpet about quality and great service, but if your going to do that at least perform in the same manner.
End of rant.
