I like the look, but I dont like the reflection of her glasses. Seeing the photographer and surroundings make it seem less surreal

I agree. if you could remove or fix the reflection, it would be really cool.

What did you do to it in PS? (I have a few pictures that effect might look good on)

Created a mask for the hair, eyes, mouth and hands and then used curves to change her face.
