Photoshop plug-ins?

I just installed CS3 and was wondering if there are any plug-ins out there that everyone should/needs to have in their arsenal.

I already have Noise Ninja loaded.

I don't need any in my line of work, but depending on your needs, there's undoubtedly some good ones out there.
