College Education question, PLZ HELP!!

Hi folks.

I am planning on getting my BA in photography but I am having a hard time deciding the best route to take. I wanted to ask, is it better to go to a Art Institute that only offers photography or to a University that has a photography degree program. My options are either the University of Houston (which is a pretty big university that offers a BFA in photography) or the Art Institute in San Francisco. The Art institute in San Francisco is a much smaller institute rather than the big university. My question is, if both have a good in-depth photography schedule does it really matter WHERE you go?

Well, living in SF will be 2-3x what living in Houston will cost you. Some BS going on with the Art Institute, don't recall, but you can search SFGate.com for more details.

Sorry, don't know squat about the quality of either school.
