i like the way the eyes really stand out, but i don't know if i like the harsh lighting on the left cheek nor the composition/crop having the chin and the top of the head cut out. i mean, i guess it's alright not having the whole face, but you kind of cropped out just a little bit, making it look weird...especially without the chin. but that's just my taste.

I love the subject's character.
Lovely eyes!
I don't like the nose shadow falling on her right cheek.
A bit too tight for my tasted as well.
Did you really use 400mm?

Yes I did really use the 400, the images are not cropped but compsed.

I hear what you say about the lighting and shadow on right of nose but compared with other frames where the light was more balanced they took more away from the mood.

her chin was actually a little stubby and the image looks great printed 13x19.

You have given me something to think about and I will revisit some of the other frames which arent as tightly cropped.
