santa's little helpers today

in a shopping centre today (in a town about thirty mile away) I never expected to see santa's little helpers singing merrily .

soon as I took the shots they had gone.
like as though they never had been there


even the deer seems to be listening

Nice shots Marie,
This {for me } is what Christmas is all about, the children.
My wife is a primary school teacher and takes part in this sort of thing.
It's great to see the smiles on their faces at this time of year.

I wouldn't go back for anything
(not that it wasn't lovely.... or anything like that)

but we can be kids today
yet have a welter of experience (of life) behind us

and it's much better :)

nice that we have the best of both worlds now.
feeling as being kiddies ourselves but not having all that goes with it... sometimes

I know they say we had no worries as children
but we had

and the kids today have too, maybe more so

now as grown ups we know the score
and we handle it..in our own way and enjoy all a lot better
