Shot an HBO assignment this weekend, decent shoot, very good fights that were televised though...These arent necessarily my "10 best" from the evening, but I wanted to put all 3 TV bouts up equally. Critiques and commments welcome as always. Thanks for looking.

Looking good there Ed,

#2 and #5 are my favourites. Really like the B & W conversion on #5

Were you standing whilst snapping away?

You nailed Angulo w/the B&W; he is old school to be sure. Watched him push Roy around the ring in the Hanshaw camp last year, and every time Jones would light him up, Angulo jumped right back into the mix. Beautiful uppercuts from both guys.

Gamboa may have been the most hyped Cuban since J.L. Gonzales. They actually remind me a lot of each other [both flew high & hard before crashing against their 1st real opponant]. If Gamboa didn't learn how to clinch/cover up in 500+ AMA bouts, he will not learn that now [funny re: the firing of his trainer ~ oh, if it were only so simple]. He is no Meldrick Taylor.

And Kirkland may be the 2nd coming of Michael Moorer @ jr. middle.

BTY, how did Mickey Bey look [followed him from the trials]

Excellent stuff all the way around, as per your custom ~
