Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster....

Was after some C&C on the two photos here, I wanted to do a mild sort of HDR to get the feeling of this track. Never done a HDR so any feedback would be great :D

There was bad fog the whole morning up until 3pm so no public cars on the track, only the ring taxis....I thought I could make the most out of a bad situation ;)

Yep, was at the ring ;)
Glad you guys like it, my gf wasnt very supportive of it. I explained to her what I wanted to do and I guess she had a different vision to me lol.

You captured these shots brilliantly and made them very dramatic as well. The fog adds alot emotion because i know when i played Forza 2 on the Ring i was always worrying what was around the next corner so my mind was in the fog haha... good stuff man.

I take it these are all RAW generated HDRs? I have yet to try that. Seems like it would be hard to freeze the motion so clearly in that kind of light. Turned out really nice though.

Yes, they were RAW generated HDR's. It wasnt too hard to freeze the motion, I took three exposures with no car there, and a fourth as the car passed aat a much higher shutter speed to freeze the motion (no panning of course) Made the HDR from the three and PP'd the cars in the HDR later.

Both are ring taxis, they closed the track to the public under the fog as it was too dangerous. First is the M5 ring taxi, second is the Zacspeed viper (270 euro for 1 lap!!!)
