I think it was suppose to be witty and a joke but his reply to this was dead serious as well as the way he phrases things sound pretty stand offish and confrontational more than witty and humorous.

Re #8: I agree, it would be much easier for the photographers to do their job if there was no audience at all... someone should tell the band's management and hopefully they will be more considerate of the photographer's wishes in future.

I've not done any band work, but I have worked for a local stage lighting company. People have given me strange looks when the band comes out and I pack up and leave.

Only shots I take of the band have them so out of focus you can't recognize them. Can't have the band in the shot for the lighting company without a release.

Ear plugs are certainly required. Not sure what to do about subs that make your heart change beat patterns though. I hate raves.

Gonna' have to do a shirt.
