I 'd say so... 19.1kB... severely overcompressed image. I'd aim for about 50-70kB for web display of an image that size.

Thank you for pointing this out to me. Im very new to computers and digital photography
that even downloading is a challenge, but i see what you are talking about and will learn from my mistakes.
