This is a terrible picture, but it makes me 'lol'.

A few months ago myself and my OH, Ed, were woken in the wee small hours (4.30am) by a loud BANG that came from the living room. Alarmed, Ed jumped out of bed and ran through to see what the noise was. About 30 seconds later he called me through... my Boa Constrictor, Alcatraz, had managed to escape... he had travelled across the living, 4 shelves up the bookshelf and was now coiled up in the wine rack.

He was NOT happy!

I call this "What goes bump in the night? (6 foot of escaped, very angry, hissy and bitey BCI wedged into the top of the wine rack)"

That's a nice lookin Boa!! I miss my Burmese python, Marla! Had to give her up when she reached 9 foot and needed to start eating rabbits. I just couldn't do it LOL. Rats fine. Rabbits no!

I was up at my parents, because they have a huge private backyard, setting up some lights to try out high sync flash. And I talked my mom into standing for me for a moment and she turned around and held up her chihuahua Lexi. Lexi looks so mean in this photo but she is really just licking.

Yes, she is. I didn't want a dog, for numerous reasons. I told my wife it better be cute. She showed me a picture and I said it was okay to get it.

Like I had a say in it anyway. It was our X-mas gift to our daughter.

and, on a side note, do you have any idea how hard it is to shoot a black dog on white snow??
