Star filter Effect on Photoshop?

I know that you can get almost any filter effect with photoshop and I use most of them but what about the "star" filter effect. Is there any method of getting this? I'd like to turn point light sources into stars.

In Photoshop, go to filter>render>lens flair.

Thanks Conk but that didn't work. I want to take all the candles in front of the church and turn each into a start effect. Thanks anyway of the response.
