Watermark

How do you all add a watermark to your pictures, or how are you adding your decorative borders around your pictures to display them on this site with your name? I assume you do it in Photoshop....do you save it as a layer? Can you tell me how you easily add them to all your pictures without having to recreate it for each one?

I use the Watermark Variations script from here (http://www.rogercavanagh.com/variations/watermark_cs2/08_watermarkcs2-01.stm). It's cheap and has some excellent features. The CS3 version is still in beta form but works well.

Can you tell me how you easily add them to all your pictures without having to recreate it for each one?
record an action then you can define a F key to do it everytime you press say F3, you can also then use it to batch a folder of images :)
