I guess the Canon guys( corportate) are too brain dead to realize just how large the market is for folks who print and paste really big photos.
I use the Epson printer as they all can print at least up to 44 inches.
Does anyone on this forum know of the drivers to get the I9100 cannon to print from rolls at least a few feet long per sheet!
I print 4 x 6 foot trade show murals all the time on my old door stop Epson 1520 and 3000 epsons ...they are fast about 30 SQ FT per hour. I run up to 4 1520's so I can put out a ton of footage...this makes a lot of money fast. I charge on the average from $800 to $1,000 for a typical trade show format.
I wanted to use the Canon I9100 too but no way unless I can print the long stuff. I have 4 Epson 1520's 2 3000's and 2 1200's But I want to get into the canon but not if they still think small. The great thing on the old Epson they are sooo cheap now I just throw them away to get another used one!
