Are Kenko filters the same as Hoya? (Pro D1)

hey...I heard a rumour that Kenko Pro D1 filters are the same as Hoya Pro D1s (I know they're the same company, I'm just wondering if the actual FILTERS called Pro D1 are one and the same)...I found some Kenko Pro D1s for 34 bucks shipped...yay :)

Yes they are the same. Only difference is the branding of the item.

and Kenko is marketed for Asia where as the Hoya is mostly the rest of the world.
